Virtual reality(VR)is a computer simulation system that can create virtual environment.People can interact with computer-generated three-dimensional environment.The virtual reality industry,as the frontier high-tech,has been written into the outline of the “13th five-year” plan.Virtual reality is the combination of a variety of key technologies,including real-time computer graphics,3D modeling rendering technology,stereo vision,eye-tracking technology,sensory feedback and network transmission,etc.Virtual reality technology can be applied in different fields and it has important realistic meaning and realistic value.One of the core parts of VR system is to present a real and immersive simulation environment for people.So this paper studies the real-time computer graphics,3D modeling and binocular stereo vision technology of virtual reality technology.And this paper designs a binocular stereo optical system,makes 3d models and develops virtual interior scene.The main research contents and work of this paper include the following aspects:1.The research of the basic graphic rendering pipeline,each phase of the rendering line are researched and analyzed.The graphic algorithms used in the 3D geometry transformations are analyzed.The basic texture technology,basic illumination model and other image output processes used in the fragment processing stage are studied.2.This paper studies the representation methods of 3D objects and several techniques for modeling physical objects.The methods contain polygons,spline curves and parametric surfaces in the method of boundary representation.Based on the development of the project,the principle of 3D animation rendering software and 3D graphic modeling are studied,and the three-dimensional model presented in the virtual reality scene is designed and produced.3.The binocular stereo vision is studied and introduced,including the basic principle of stereo vision,the calibration of the head-mount display(HMD)and the tracking of the eye.The binocular stereo optical system of HMD is designed,and the system is tested and analyzed comparatively.4.Based on 3D graphics engine,a virtual interior scene application is designed and developed.The scene is set up by using three-dimension models which is designed,and the scene is rendered by several common rendering techniques such as texture mapping,material,light calculation,transparency effect and shadow calculation of Unity engine.5.The simulation of the virtual interior scene is carried out,and performance analysis and performance optimization are carried out either.Finally,the application is released to the mobile phone platform.By designing the binocular stereo vision optical system and combining the development of the virtual interior scene,this paper realizes practical visual communication and visual experience with immersion.This paper also shows the application of virtual reality in real estate industry,so it has realistic value and good application prospect.
