In recent years,the intelligentization of the machine room has been developing.The application of the remote unmanned room is gradually mature and widely used.The main function of machine room monitoring in intellectualization is monitoring and detecting indoor temperature,humidity,power power and fire safety.However,for the existing equipment in the machine room that does not contain the intelligent monitoring module,the detection of its running state needs to be carried out manually.The operating parameters of the emitter equipment need to be maintained periodically to record the equipment dashboard and the efficiency of work has been reduced.In order to realize the remote intelligent monitoring of the engine room environment and the parameters of the emitter meter,to realize the digital and centralized management of the machine room and the parameters of the operating parameters of the equipment and so on,this paper puts forward the intelligent monitoring system of the machine room.The system uses the front-end equipment to collect data,the wireless IP network transmission data,the backstage centralized processing,storage of data,and control of the user interface related output.The design requirements of practicality,stability and extensibility are fully taken into account in the design of the system.First of all,this paper introduces the concept,the application scene and the research status of the computer room intelligent monitoring system.The design idea of the intelligent monitoring system for the computer room is summarized,and the technologies adopted in the intelligent monitoring system of the existing computer room are described,and the key problems are deeply analyzed.Secondly,in order to meet the intelligent monitoring requirements of the launching machine room,this paper puts forward a design idea that is easy to deploy and does not modify the existing equipment.On the one hand,this paper designs an intelligent monitoring system architecture based on wireless WIFI bearing network,which reduces the difficulty of the system deployment.On the other hand,this paper uses the front end equipment to collect the image of the emitter instrument,and uses the OpenCV image processing technology in the background to realize the identification of the running parameters.Thirdly,the hardware design ideas of each module of the system are described,and the related technologies adopted in the hardware design and the solutions to the problems encountered are elaborated in detail.Then,this paper describes the train of thought and the functions of system software design,and explains the communication protocols between modules.It focuses on the design of operation parameters identification algorithm using OpenCV image processing technology.Finally,the function of the intelligent monitoring system designed in this paper is verified,and the design work is summarized.At the same time,the research direction of the next step is given.
