Along with the rapid development of artificial intelligence in twenty- first Century, intelligent equipment emerges in large numbers such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain. Not only to meet the needs of human life, but also in some occasions instead of human dangerous and extreme environment mission. Target recognition and tracking, path planning, intelligent obstacle avoidance as a hotspot and difficulty in the study of the intelligent robot has been widely concerned. Aiming at the path planning of this difficulty has carried on the beneficial research, which can be applied in the field of factory robots moving cargo, lunar exploration and so on, having a certain practical value.This paper is located in relatively flat ground, besides, the color and texture of the ground is obvious different with the obstacle. The paper has mainly done some aspects of work as follows(1) to build a small car platforms(2) integrate mobile phone software(3) monocular vision measuring based on ground, which is the first innovation of this paper(4) reverse camera calibration, which is the second innovation(5) improved ant colony algorithm, which is the third innovation.This paper adopts Android mobile phone to control the car, building an intelligent car path planning system based on computer vision technology. The system mainly implements the image information acquisition, control information transmission, image processing, monocular vision measuring, virtual map generation, global path planning and obstacle avoidance function and so on. The paper puts forward monocular visual measuring algorithm based on ground color and texture, optimize ant colony algorithm combined with the car performance and actual running environment. The last chapter of the paper designs of comparative experime nts, confirmed that the monocular visual measuring algorithm and path planning algorithm proposed in this paper can not only meet the requirement of path planning, but also greatly improve the running time than other algorithm, which has certain practical and reference value.
