Since the 21 st century,the global electronic information industry has developed by leaps and bounds,and our country has gradually become the largest consumer market of electronic products in the world.A variety of intelligent digital products emerge in the market,which to a large extent drives the production of magnetic materials.China has a complete range of magnetic materials,the output of mainstream magnetic materials is in the forefront of the world.However,the technological level is not high in Chinese magnetic materials production enterprises.The factors like low awareness of product quality,improper preservation and management of products lead to poor product consistency and low product performance.Due to the lack of analytical means,many manufacturers do not take the necessary tracking detection and strict control.With the increase of production scale and quality requirement,it is urgent to invent a suitable on-line testing system for testing and analyzing all the products.The remanent magnetism,coercivity and hysteresis loop of materials are important parameters to characterize the properties of materials.It is necessary to design a fast measuring system for the parameters of magnetic materials.Under the background of the development of intelligent instrument and embedded software and hardware,this paper uses the single-chip computer as the control core.Selecting high precision Analog-to-digital conversion chip and Digital-to-analog conversion chip as signal acquisition and signal excitation chip.The professional programmable LabView is used as the host computer to process and visualize the data.A fast magnetic material parameter measurement system is designed around these core devices,which achieves the goal of fast,efficient and accurate measurement.This paper mainly introduce the hardware and software design of the measurement system,including the design of the probe and the power supply circuit,the output part of the excitation signal,the design of the signal amplification and signal acquisition,the processing and transmission part of the signal by the single chip microcomputer and the design of the case.These parts are combined together,using the single chip computer as the control core,and the C language as the foundation.The Digital-to-analog conversion chip is used to control the programmable power supply which powers the electromagnet.The inductive probe is placed between the electromagnet poles,and the sample is placed in the probe coil.The Analog-to-digital conversion chip is used to collect the voltage signals induced by the probe.The single–chip computer processes and transmits the signals.The functions of LabView are data processing and image display.That's the entire work flow of the measurement system.
