Recently,the intelligentization and automation of measurement and control systems have been further improved,and the requirements for the accuracy,size,reliability,and sensitivity of sensors have also increased.The surface acoustic wave(SAW)sensor has its own energy storage function.Its working state is in the case of passive wireless,and has advantages that cannot be ignored in the application of digital systems,computer control and integration.This paper designs a passive wireless surface acoustic wave temperature sensing system based on CC1101 integrated chip.The main research work is as follows:(1)In view of the complex shortcomings of the hardware components in typical foreign systems,through the analysis of the characteristics of the sensing signal and the combination of traditional testing methods,this paper refers to the CC1101 integrated chip.Both the sending unit and the receiving unit are integrated on the CC1101 integrated chip,which avoids the drawbacks of building a system by discrete components.Compared with the traditional test system,the system has the advantages of flexible operation,simple structure,stable operation and low cost.(2)In the process of practical application,the sensor should be used to detect the surface of objects which are not easy to contact or contact.In many cases,the size of the antenna is limited,so it is very important to design a small electric antenna with good performance.In this paper,a new microstrip patch antenna,microstrip patch antenna based on Minkowski fractal structure,is studied in this paper.The fractal structure is applied to the design of surface acoustic wave wireless passive sensor antenna,and the miniaturization design of the antenna is realized.In the process of experiment,the practicability of the passive wireless SAW sensor temperature sensing system is verified.The actual return loss and simulation results are compared with the vector analyzer to verify the basic performance of the antenna.The temperature sensing test is carried out by the system,and the existence of the system error is excluded,and the temperature frequency characteristic curve of the acoustic surface wave resonator is verified by the least square fitting method.
