Virtual instrument technology,now it has a major position in the field of instrument science,virtual instrument technology is combining traditional instruments with the computer,integrated into the instrument and apparatus technology.Related instrument in the field of modern automatic test system development,this topic is based on the virtual electronic measuring instruments integrated system,the system communication architecture based on start to upgrade to the USB3.0,make the test system in the amount of data transmission,the transmission speed was optimized.This paper main work is to start communication architecture of electronic measuring instruments integrated system,including the upgrade system main control board,the hardware circuit design of function interface card,including the interface circuit,clock circuit,power supply circuit,etc.Software part includes the Lab VIEW PC application programming interface,USB device driver and the development of the curing process and curing program compiled generate DLL dynamic link library files,and finally through the computer called call library functions in the Lab VIEW application node implementation,achieve the goal of the whole interface communication,finally complete the data transmission between PC and the instrument,the command parsing,thus the corresponding computer can control each function interface card work.Design completion of master control module,need to test the main control module and the computer,and other function module is normal communication between the situation,through Lab VIEW software design,test program to test the module and the computer,communication between modules.Finally passed the test program can see the whole instrument working state is normal,and after the test equipment to work long hours,there is no application with no response,instrument state of no response,the experimental results show that the communications architecture after the upgrade,virtual electronic measuring instruments integrated system can normal communication,complete testing instruments,and instrument stability has been improved.
