The concept of Internet of things has been proposed for many years,but because of the laggard technical,it has been in a lukewarm situation,until the smart phones,mobile Internet,cloud computing,big data statistics,artificial intelligence,and other technologies are constantly updated and gradually applied,more and more sensors are connected to the Internet of Things,more and more devices are connected to each other in the Internet of Things,more and more information can be easily accessed and used by people.The Internet of Things technology is a revolution in traditional information and communication,the Internet of Things technology plays an increasingly important role in the collection and distribution of sensor information.In the past,during the process of data acquisition and distribution,magnetic compass sensors presented problems such as difficulty in installation and maintenance of acquisition equipment,limited data collection and distribution scenarios,high labor costs,and low data calculation and analysis capability,which could not lead to higher problems.Efficiency provides more precise,richer,and interactive information to users.To address these shortcomings,this paper studies and applies a magnetic compass attitude data acquisition and distribution system based on the Internet of Things technology and magnetic compass,Android,GPRS,Java Web,and Bootstrap.There are four major parts of the system from design to application.These are system requirements analysis,system architecture design and technology selection,hardware system design and implementation,and software system design and implementation.First of all,do the analysis of system requirements,the magnetic compass sensor acquisition and distribution system has its own requirements and design principles,both to pursue high performance and high efficiency,some use scenarios require on-site collection and release of data,you need to use the cable transmission line collecting data to the on-site terminal equipment for real-time analysis of data and viewing,and other scenarios need to remotely collect and publish data,you need to use the wireless wide area network to collect and send data to a public back-end server,using the services provided by the server can enable users to view and control magnetic compass sensor data acquisition and processing on different devices anytime,anywhere.After the requirements are determined,the hardware and software architecture of the entire sensor data acquisition and distribution system and the selection of specific technologies can be designed.On the hardware architecture,the magnetic compass sensor adopts a microcontroller + high performance independent ADC + inertial measurement unit + fluxgate Sensors,wired data transmission using ordinary TTL serial to USB serial port circuit processing,wireless data transmission using microcontroller + GPRS communication chip,software architecture,on-site collection and release of data software system through the development of applications on Android mobile smart terminal devices processing to provide timely processing and display of data on site.Remote collection and distribution of data software systems can be handled by deploying developed Java Web applications on Web servers to provide responsive Web front-end services developed based on HTML5 and Bootstrap to access and control the magnetic compass information system.The design and implementation of system hardware mainly involves hardware data acquisition systems such as magnetic compass attitude data acquisition,serial port cable data transmission module and wireless data transmission module.The hardware data acquisition system is a bridge between data interaction with software systems.Software systems can also have two different methods of persistence and non-persistent to meet the actual needs of different.The design and implementation of software system is mainly divided into two platforms.One is a data field acquisition and distribution platform based on Android applications,and the other is a remote data acquisition and distribution platform based on Java Web applications.And the two software systems are developed in modules and layers.In addition to being able to clearly identify functional modules,high-efficiency development methods can also be used according to modules to make the software of the entire system more scalable,readable,flexible,and robust.The system provides an effective and convenient solution for the Magnetic Compass information network and sharing,enabling the magnetic compass to be used as a sensor device to access the Internet of Things.
