With the rapid development of science and technology and economy in modern society,Industry 4 is put forward as a new development hot spot and direction,As an important development direction,intelligent detection system and intelligent equipment have become an important research topic in the modern society and the government.Both target detection and distance measurement technology are important components of intelligent detection system and intelligent equipment,and have a wide application base.For a large gantry crane in installation process,in order to meet the needs of the clamping position relative positioning,on the basis of the existing monocular vision positioning system,in order to avoid the camera optical center angle error caused by mechanical shaking,designed and constructed a monocular vision positioning system based on obliquity sensor.Analysis of the existing problems in the monocular vision measurement system,import the angle sensor,and compensate the camera optical center angle with it,on the basis of revising the existing monocular camera measurement model,the monocular vision positioning is achieved,and the feasibility of the method is theoretically analyzed.The monocular vision positioning system implemented in this paper,in recognition of the target,the location of the target is positioned by image preprocessing.Finally,achieve the goal of positioning with the data provided by two distance sensors and the light angle provided by corresponding tilt sensor.In order to improve the recognition rate of the target,identification of markers based on color space conversion in the case of artificial setting of symbols,utilizes the minimum circumscribed circle fitting algorithm to improve the relative positioning accuracy of markers,using the method of dynamic acquisition of ROI,the real-time performance of relative distance measurement is improved and the system control demand is met.In view of the application of this project,a number of practical experiments are carried out for the monocular vision positioning system based on the tilt sensor in this paper,and the feasibility of using this system to realize monocular vision positioning is verified.Through analyses the experiment and result of positioning accuracy,the positioning system proposed in this paper can accurately detect the target,achieve the goal of positioning,and also,positioning accuracy of less than 5mm,the calculation speed can reach 12 pics/s.The experimental results show that the monocular vision positioning system implemented in this paper basically realizes the requirements of the reliability and high precision of the project.
