With the progress of science and technology,the technology of industrial field has been greatly improved.At the same time,however,the demands on control systems have become more stringent,and they need to collect a large amount of information to deal with a variety of complex situations.The emergence of field bus equipment has replaced the traditional 4~20mA single analog current signal transmission mode,providing a fully digital and two-way multivariable communication mode,and it has been rapidly applied to various fields.Therefore,the study of the field bus equipment management system is of great practical significance to the management and application of the field bus equipment control system.At first,this paper analyzes the characteristics and development status of field bus equipment and field bus equipment management system.After analyzing the equipment management system of the major manufacturers and the two mainstream device description technologies,the scheme of developing the fieldbus device management system based on EDDL device description technology is determined.In the next process,the introduction of the EDDL technology and the PROFIBUS fieldbus communication protocol is firstly introduced.Then the principle and specification of EDDL technology and the specification of PROFIBUS fieldbus communication protocol are analyzed,which lays a foundation for the subsequent development of the system.In general,the main achievements of this paper have been obtained in the following aspects.1.After studying the EDDL specification,the EDD interpreter is developed independently.The system's EDD interpreter is independent research and development.It reduces the development cost in a certain extent,and has high flexibility.It can design the system structure according to its own needs.2.A communication software program that supports PROFIBUS communication protocol is designed.It can calculate the actual physical address of the device according to the EDD file of the device,so as to realize the communication between the application and the device.At the same time,on the basis of this agreement,the equipment diagnosis program is designed,which can remind the alarm information in time to avoid the equipment shutdown due to the failure.3.A complete set of field bus equipment management system is developed by using C/S mode structure.It includes server engineering creation,client engineering connection,device network topology configuration,device status monitoring and other functions,which are in line with actual industrial field needs.At the end of this paper,the function and performance test of the system show that the system meets the needs of the actual site customers and can realize the centralized management of the field bus equipment.
