As a new type of nonlinear two-terminal passive device,memristor is considered as the fourth basic circuit element following the capacitor,resistor and inductor.Memristors,with their nanoscale dimensions and non-volatile characteristics,are expected to change existing random memory designs.In addition,the memristor also has a good switching effect,similar to human brain synapse behavior mechanism,making it has a broader application prospect than the traditional circuit components.A filter is a frequency selection circuit that allows signals of certain frequency bands to pass through,which greatly suppresses signals in other frequency bands.With the rapid development of large-scale integrated circuits,the use of personal computers has become very common,making digital filters practical.The realization of digital filter can be realized not only by integrated circuit,but also by software.Digital filter implemented by software is often used in signal processing,image processing and other fields.The appearance of memristors makes the filter design more flexible.In the analog filter design,the resistance value and the capacitor size determine the cut-off frequency of the RC filter circuit.The memristor replaces the resistive element,and the memristor resistance adjustment circuit controls the resistance of the memristor.The cut-off frequency of RC circuit can be set flexibly.In addition,the memristor is a nanometer device,so memristor applied to the analog filter design has potential value for process improvement and power consumption reduction.In the design of digital filters,it is not possible to simply replace the resistive elements as analog filters.The memristors are usually organized into memristor cross-matrix to store the coefficients of the digital filter,So that memristor can be used in the design of digital filter.This paper mainly makes the following contributions in the research of memristor-based digital filter simulation.1.This paper designs the memristor model on the Simulink simulation platform and proposes a resistance adjustment scheme for the model.The resistance adjustment scheme is implemented and verified.2.This article implements the design of a FIR digital filter based on memristor under the Simulink simulation platform.The sine wave signal superimposed with a high-frequency random signal is filtered and reduced.Experimental results show that the FIR digital based on memristor is designed.Filters and traditional FIR digital filters have almost similar filtering effects.
