Since the memristor was raised,unique memory properties and nanoscale structure of memristor has made it have a bright application prospect in chaos,big data processing,neural networks,nonvolatile memory,large scale integrated circuit and self-adaptation control.Compared with the other controllers,PID controller has been used widely in industrial control field for simple structure,good stability and strong robust.With the scale of modern industry expanding,the application of the conventional PID is becoming more and more narrow because of its limitation.In order to make normal PID adapt to development requirements of modern industry as well as promote its continues progress,memristor and intelligent algorithm was introduced into the traditional PID controller,thus effectively improving the control accuracy,reducing the experience requirement for engineering and technical personnel,adjusting parameters conveniently and large scale integration.There are three points of innovation in this paper: 1)by constructing a new window function,a new model of memristor was constructed;2)by introducing immune algorithm into seeker optimization algorithm,the seeker immune optimization algorithm was constructed;3)by introducing memristor into random weighted particle swarm algorithm and seeker immune optimization algorithm respectively,two kinds of intelligent memristor PID were constructed.The main content of the paper is as follows:(1)the principle of memristor in detail was Introduced.At the same time,the HP linear memristor theory was inferred and the model was simulated.(2)On the basis of introducing the nonlinear memristor and several kinds of window function which were used commonly,a new model of memristor was constructed by constructing a new window function.(3)the working principle and development status of the conventional PID controller was introduced.On this basis,memristor was introduced into the conventional PID controller in order to substitute inductor.Then controlled object was introduced to simulate.(4)After the random weight particle swarm optimization algorithm was introduced and seeker optimization algorithm was improved by immune algorithm,both of algorithm were introduced into PID controller respectively thus constructing above-mentioned intelligent PID controllers.Then memristor was also introduced into intelligent PID thus constructing intelligent memristor PID controller.Finally these PID were simulated in order to verify their superiority.
