With the rapid development of the hardware performance of mobile terminals and the continuous deepening of the application space of the mobile terminal augmented reality technology platform, more possibilities are provided for the development of smart travel.Mobile AR tourism application is an important carrier and medium in smart travel.Based on the characteristics of augmented reality technology,it is compared with traditional smart travel applications. There are many differences whether in the development and design, visual integration, information framework and interactive methods,etc..With the User-centered design method and emotional designing concept, the following problems are commonly found in such applications. For example, less developers' concern for user experience satisfaction and undeveloped user's emotional design.Causes the user's application experience to be less than ideal; Moreover, the design of application terminals on the emotional level of users still needs to be excavated;the efficiency of the dissemination of information that one wants to convey itself through using this medium, needs to be improved. Therefore,This paper aims at the current situation in the application of mobile tourism AR in the mobile industry.Discussed and summarized the application characteristics of the mobile-end augmented reality system in the tourism industry.Based on user-centered design method and emotional design theory, from the three levels of instinctive, behavioral and reflective construction, this paper presents a deep analysis of the factors that affect the emotional design of AR applications in the mobile tourism industry with the current status in mobile AR tourism applications.A model that influences the emotional factors of AR application in mobile tourism is proposed.By observing, comparing, comparison, practicing and comparing the development results of various applications,it explores the core issues in the design of such applications. Moreover,in the process of such application development and design,we should combine targeted groups and make a systematical construction of emotional design strategies from instinct, behavior and reflection levels so as to improve the efficiency of information guidance, reduce negative emotions of users during use, increase the availability and effectiveness of information dissemination.Through multi-dimensional guidance,it can create positive emotions and improve experience satisfaction for users. Finally, through the project practice of small-fish swimming, which is a mobile-end tourism AR application project, the design strategy was applied and verified. We have found the inadequacies in the process.and refined them again. For example, the application lacks stability, emotional design is not enough, single interaction, etc.Gather feedback through interviews and practice combining the emotional design theory with the analysis results that affect the user's emotional factors, gradually improve the psychological image of designers, output information architecture diagram; In addition,in view of the reflection level in emotional design, proper extension design is carried out.,warming people's emotions through concept videos, extend the emotional design to the application,in order to improve the ecological system in the application of emotional design.Through repeated iterations and improvements,so,the final design strategy model has certainty and reliability. On the one hand,I hope that the research results of this project can be initiated and provided some references and inspirations for developers and designers in related fields;on the other hand, developers and designers also need more attention to explore more possibilities for AR interaction in this area, with augmented Reality technology.
