With the continuous development and improvement of electronic countermeasure technology,how to locate and attack the radiation source have received the widespread attention in all fields of navigation and space.Therefore,passive location methods in passive detection field have become an important technology of electronic warfare to quickly and accurately grasp the target location information.In this paper,TDOA location method and TDOA/FDOA joint location method are used to locate the target with high precision,and relevant research is carried out.Firstly,the basic principle of passive location method is introduced,and the principle of positioning error is analyzed.At the same time,WGS-84 geodetic coordinate system is introduced according to the actual engineering requirements.Aiming at the nonlinear optimization problem in the process of target location.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing localization algorithms,and proposes a time difference location technique based on optimized particle swarm optimization algorithm and a feasible cooperative location algorithm to achieve the goal of high-precision positioning.The method can avoid the positioning results falling into local optimal values.In order to improve the target positioning accuracy,increase the diversity of population and improve the quality of solution,this paper also proposes a TDOA positioning technology based on cuckoo search algorithm.Simulations results demonstrate that the proposed method has higher positioning accuracy than the above algorithms.Secondly,for the moving radiation source,the information echo received by the base station contains information such as TDOA,FDOA and so on.Thus the position of the target can be estimated more accurately by using the increased observation amount,and the instantaneous speed will be obtained at the same time.In this paper,a new location algorithm is proposed by combining TDOA and FDOA based on optimized particle swarm optimization algorithm and weighted least squares algorithm to realize the precise location of the radiation source.When the weighted least squares algorithm has four base stations,the initial position of the target can not be estimated in the initial stage of the algorithm and no unique solution can be obtained.When the number of base stations is greater than four,an effective estimation of the parameters of the radiation source can be achieved.In the case of four base stations,the proposed method can approximate the global optimal solution without the problem of initial target position estimation and local convergence.Finally,in order to adapt to the practical engineering application,this paper uses the GDOP graph to analyze the global positioning accuracy of the target area for TDOA and TDOA/FDOA respectively,and gives reasonable site layout based on simulation.It will provide the potential theoretical and practical value for the passive location system based on real time positioning of aerial platform in the future.
