The Design And Implementation Of The Network Protocol Analysis Engine In Application Performance Management System

Nowadays the Internet is developing rapidly.More and more enterprises choose to embrace the Internet.However,most enterprises are most concerned about their business logic and ignore the monitoring of application performance.As the need for performance monitoring grows stronger,APM(Application Performance Monitoring)are born at this right moment,to solve the application performance monitoring problems.APM system collects performance data in a variety of ways,the two most important ways are the probe acquisition and network acquisition.For some traditional industries such as banking systems,which have concerns about the manner in which probes are collected,they are not likely to adopt potential acquisitions and security concerns.Instead,they adopt network acquisition instead.The existing network collection methods are mainly divided into two kinds,one is through the switch and other hardware devices to obtain the spectrogram,there is a problem in this way,as enterprise applications gradually migrate to the cloud,the cloud environment is highly scalable,dynamic and virtual,and the traditional network acquisition methods can not accurately obtain the application's communication data.The other is through open-source capture software such as Tcpdump,Wireshark,etc.These software can collect network data normally in the cloud environment.However,because of its inability to analyze the protocol of the application layer in detail and solve the problem of packet disorder,besides,packet may be lost,these open source softwares can not meet the needs of the APM system.Therefore,this dissertation proposes a new type of APM system based on network data,designs and implements the network protocol analysis engine-Netsniffer,to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional network APM system which can not adapt to the cloud environment,to solve the existing open source network analysis which can not do deep analysis of network data.At the same time,it solves the problems of network packet loss and TCP packet disorder.
