Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN)technology is becoming more and more popular,especially in various monitoring and tracking applications.The latest developments and advances in information processing and wireless sensor technology provide real-time remote location monitoring capabilities for environmental management systems.Wireless sensor networks are capable of monitoring and managing a complete set of environmental data,including the environmental climate affecting biological growth,soil parameters of plant growth,etc.So the research on improving the network efficiency of wireless sensor networks has been constantly in progress.It is usually used to improve the performance of the network by using the improved MAC protocol.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the MAC protocol.This paper studies the asymmetrical polling system in the MAC protocol.First,it analyzes the asymmetric exhaustive service.Then,in order to further improve the service efficiency of the polling system,a two level priority asymmetric polling system is proposed.That is,exhaustive services are used in the central queue,and asymmetric gated services are used in the ordinary queues.Parallel scheduling is used in the service system to reduce the energy loss caused by switching between different queues.n this way,the service mode of the system is optimized,and the consumption of energy is further reduced.After analyzing two kinds of polling services,the mathematical expressions of the average queue length of two models and the cycle of cyclic query are given,and the average waiting time of the two order characteristics of the two models is analyzed with a reasonable analytic method.Through the comparison of simulation and theoretical calculations,the correctness of the model analysis has been verified.Then the wireless sensor network operating system of TinyOS is selected as the software platform,and the cc2538 cb sensor node is selected as the hardware platform,and the control mechanism of asymmetric polling and prioritizing asymmetric polling system is realized by clustering algorithm.The implementation process is controlled by the cluster head node in singlehop service form to control the data amount of nodes in each cluster.Through the experiment analysis,two kinds of asymmetric polling service systems have been realized,and the improvement of the MAC protocol is completed.Finally,the mechanism of polling service is applied to the collection of specific environmental data,and the collection of characteristic parameter data in specific regional environment is realized to monitor the environment.
