Equity incentive is a kind of long-term incentive and restraint mechanism.Through this mechanism,the operator and ordinary employees can be given or transferred the relevant equity by their company,so that they can be involved in the residual allocation.At present,the equity incentive is regarded as the important way to solve the problem of modern company related principal-agent,and it is also one of the powerful means to promote the formation of a community of interests between the operators and the relevant shareholders.With the gradual improvement of the macro-economic environment of China's equity incentive,the equity incentive is gradually becoming the compensation incentive measures chosen by many domestic companies.This article takes the YGSOFT INC as the research object and uses the method of case analysis.The four equity incentive plan announced by the company is analyzed accordingly,focusing on the change of performance before and after the implementation of equity incentive plan.In the research method,this paper chooses the index analysis method to analyze the financial and value of YGSOFT INC.On this basis,aiming at the analysis of the effect of equity incentive in YGSOFT INC,we found that the company's equity incentive plan had problems in the setting of the object and strength of equity incentives,performance appraisal of exercise rights conditions,design of exercise conditions,and corresponding risk mechanisms,and on the basis of the above issues,it was proposed Corresponding optimization countermeasures and suggestions are specifically: Optimize incentive objects and incentives,optimize performance conditions for performance evaluation,and exercise prices rely on the macroscopic level of the micro-level.YGSOFT INC as a technical personnel as the main core of the high-tech enterprises,through the research on the equity incentive plan of the company,we will further expand the scope of application of equity incentives and promote the reform process of the high-tech enterprises.This is of great theoretical and practical significance.
