In modern industrial production,the state monitoring and fault diagnosis system which built by virtual instrument technology often presents the following problems:With the increasing amount of data storage,state monitoring and fault diagnosis systems have higher requirements for the storage and computing power of the system server and data management capability of enterprises.These requirements include the effective analysis of the data,the safe transmission of data,the redundancy of the system data and so on,which increase the burden of the enterprise;Remote specialist diagnostic data acquisition is difficult because the production network is usually not open access to the public network;The interface design of fault diagnosis in virtual instrument technology often uses drag and drop mode,which often leads to problems such as inconvenient operation and unaccustomed use;The function of the fault diagnosis software is single,and it can't meet the experts' needs for the analysis and diagnosis of vibration signals.In order to solve the above problems,the author puts forward the design of state monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on cloud server in this paper.The system adopts the way of renting cloud server and hands over the data management work to a professional company to solve the problems of data validity and safety,which lightens the burden of enterprises,and enable enterprises to focus more on the maintenance of equipment operation failures;The isolation technology is used to separate the production data from vibration data.Only the vibration acquisition device is allowed to send the vibration data to cloud server.Connect the cloud server through the network,it's easy to build a remote fault diagnosis system to solve the difficult problem of data acquisition;The interface design of online fault diagnosis software,based on the menu bar method,puts forward three typical design patterns,which solves the problems of inconvenient operation and unaccustomed use;The fault diagnosis software combines time domain and frequency domain analysis method,has the online and offline data interface,provides a fault diagnosis tool which has rich interface,full function and convenient operation for expert diagnosis,improve the diagnosis and analysis function of the fault diagnosis system.The designed fault diagnosis software is tested by function,all the functions can run normally and run well on the spot.The research and practice results of the paper show that:the data management function of the system based on the cloud server ensures the effectiveness and security of data analysis.The vibration signal fault diagnosis software based on LabVIEW is clear and concise,rich in functions,diverse in interfaces and flexible in operation,which greatly improves the efficiency and the usability of the fault diagnosis system.
