For the vast majority of mechanical equipment in the normal operation process, due to some of its own parts in contact with the inevitable movement will occur at the same time, friction and wear will also occur.Wear failure is also one of the most common and major failure modes of failure of mechanical components, accounting for about 80%.At the same time, wear can cause the surface material of the mechanical components to fall off to generate some metal abrasive particles, and the lubricant fluid can circulate in the lubrication system. The presence of these metal abrasive particles will continue to accelerate the wear of the surface of the parts, especially the appearance of large-diameter abrasive grains indicates that the operation of the equipment has potential safety hazards. The monitoring of the characteristics of the metal abrasive grain size, material, etc.in the lubricant can realize the understanding of the equipment wear and the early warning of the potential risks. It also provides important data basis for the quality of the oil to ensure The safety and effectiveness of machinery and equipment. However, the existing oil metal particle detection sensors are not only expensive, but also have technical problems such as measurement sensitivity and difficulty in implementation. In order to further improve the detection capability of oil metal abrasive particles, this paper is dedicated to developing an on-line sensing monitoring system with simple structure, high sensitivity and practical application value, which can realize the online and real-time evaluation of metal abrasive particles in oil.Continuous monitoring, the main research content includes:Firstly, based on the related electromagnetic theories of Ampere Theorem and Biot-Safar Law,a mathematical model of three-coil structure on-line monitoring sensor for oil abrasive particles was established.According to the mathematical model, the relationship between the sensitivity of the sensor and the parameters of the coil is analyzed, and the principle of the genetic algorithm is used to find out the best application scheme of the sensor structure.Secondly, the hardware circuit part and the software part of the sensing system are designed. The front-end conditioning circuit adjusts the weak sinusoidal voltage signal collected by the sensor through a circuit such as amplification,phase-sensitive detection, and DC amplification. The digital processing circuit selects the PIC18F4680 microcontroller with good stability and strong anti-jamming capability to complete the real-time storage and display of information. In addition, the software program uses modular and structured design patterns to make the entire system more complete. Finally, experimental setup of the sensor system was performed by establishing an experimental platform to allow different sizes of metal abrasive particles to pass through the sensor, and a comparative study was conducted on the resolution and stability of the resulting sensor.Application laid the foundation.
