With the rapid development of social economy and the advancement of engineering process,resource shortage and environmental pollution are also becoming more and more serious.The coordinated development of energy economy environment has attracted more and more attention.Energy is the material basis for the existence and development of human society.The economic foundation determines the superstructure,which is the center of all development problems.Environment is an important basis for development and the key to the sustainable development of the economy and society.The energy,economy and environment restrict each other and influence each other,and form the 3E system,that is,the energy economy environment system.In the paper,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research object,the MapReduce attribute reduction algorithm of rough set to construct the 3E system based on the index system,the development of energy economy environment coordination degree model and industrial structure optimization model for regional government departments in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei 3E system related decision makers sustainable development plan to provide theoretical support and policy recommendations.The main work done in this paper is as follows:(1)Construct the general framework of 3E system(energy-economy-enviro nment system)in the area,focusing on the structural features of energy subsys tem,environmental subsystem and environmental subsystem in 3E system and the development of energy economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region Analy zed.(2)A rough set attribute reduction algorithm based on MapReduce is proposed to optimize the complex index system in 3E system to form a set of comprehensive and reasonable 3E system index system,which can be used to build 3E system coordination model and industrial structure optimization The model provides the basis for research.(3)Take the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research object,the 3E system coordination degree has been quantitatively analyzed and predicted.The model of 3E system comprehensive development based on principal component analysis and the model of 3E coordination based on "ellipsoid" were constructed to evaluate the coordination of 3E system in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area.On this basis,the big data analysis method based on BP neural network constructs the prediction model of regional 3E system coordination degree to better guide the coordinated development of 3E system.(4)Take the industrial structure in 3E system as the research object,the gray relational analysis method is used to explore the relationship between industrial structure and 3E system.Based on the gray forecasting method,the regional industrial structure under the coordinated development and constraint of 3E system is established Optimize the model,provide model support for the adjustment and optimization of regional industrial structure,and provide some theoretical guidance for the upgrading and optimization of industrial structure.
