With the rapid development of Internet business,the Internet provides people with more and more abundant network services.These network applications occupancy a lot of network bandwidth and service resources,causing network congestion,and critical applications cannot be guaranteed.In order to ensure the network quality,operators expand the network,but they greatly increase operating cos.According to the current development of the Internet,the most of the major operators have encountered the same bottleneck,that is,the balance between network quality and operating costs.This article mainly studies how to optimize the flow control system,and how to use the powerful function of the optimized flow control system to solve bottleneck problems of the most of the major operators,so as to achieve the goal of winwin network quality and cost control.In this paper,operators monitor the Internet traffic by deploying HUAWEI SIG system.This paper researches and summarizes the optimal deployment method of flow control system in the aspects of access mode selection,function module selection and flow control strategy formulation.At the same time,this method was used to deploy the SIG system,which effectively reduced the operator's input costs and solved the problems of the operator's Internet service by using the powerful functions of the SIG system.However,due to the rapid growth of internet traffic,Huawei SIG system cannot access the network due to network expansion and upgrading.The cost of expansion boards is too high.Through investigation and research,SIG system is optimized by introducing a diversion platform,and the access capability of SIG system is improved by using the flexible interface type and powerful diversion function of the diversion platform.However,as the development trend of refined management of the internet,SIG system has the problem of insufficient function in practical application,it has insufficient control over P2 P protocols and cannot control individual users.Using SIG system as flow control equipment alone can no longer meet the requirements of refined management.Therefore,a Cisco SCE system is deployed to increase the flow control of single users,and its powerful flow control function is used to meet the requirements of internet fine management.However,because Cisco SCE system is a foreign product,it has low recognition degree and weak analysis ability to domestic protocol types,so IIOS system is introduced to solve this problem.llOS system enhances the analysis function of SCE system and enables it to have more accurate analysis and control capabilities.The optimization of the flow control system is to make the flow control system play the biggest role in the application of the Internet.This article separately summarizes the application of the Huawei SIG system and the Cisco SCE system on the Internet.First,the application of Huawei SIG system is summarized as follows: Networking access capability and shunting function are powerful which can save a lot of single board expansion cost and flexibly access various service systems;ARPU value can be increased by sharing access control and increasing fees.It can analyze user traffic,guide users to obtain resources from the network and reduce the proportion of external network traffic.The " specific website visit statistics" function can be used to capture hot business.By adjusting hot business content to a good third party channel and directing hot business traffic to the NDC system of the province,the user experience can be improved and the pressure on the inter-network sharing and settlement fees and backbone exit channels can be reduced which can ensure the quality of the internet and solve the problem of congestion at the late peak of backbone exports.The second is to summarize the application of Cisco SCE system: It can define high-quality and low-quality customers according to ARPU value and formulate different policies,control single-user bandwidth or P2 P traffic and provide different levels of policies for different levels of broadband users.It can manage the information of large customers and control the behaviors of large customers and set up reminders or directly shut down users who owe money households.Different flow control strategies can be implemented for telecom and Unicom traffic so as to solve the peak blocking phenomenon of channels and ensure the high utilization rate and quality of third-party channels which can reasonably control the total flow of the third-party channel and the single-user flow,Thereby realizing the reduction of the total cost of internet exports and the reduction of the cost of the whole network single-user and effectively improving the interests of the company.In summary,this article aims at the problem that the rapid development of Internet business leads to the lack of access to the network and the lack of functionality in the flow control system,and designs a detailed optimization solution.Combining the current situation with the existing network resources and optimizing the flow control system,the optimized flow control system can adapt to the diversification of the network and have a more powerful function.Individuals can then implement fine-grained control over Internet traffic,which can improve network quality while reducing operating costs.
