Design And Implementation Of Network Management Resource Pool Of Gansu Mobile Private Cloud

The huge user bases of Gansu Mobile have brought continuous operating income and its growth and expansion.Meanwhile,Gansu Mobile's basic communications network,business network and support network are facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.Since Gansu Mobile made its Communication Network,all network management support systems were constructed mainly in sub-professional mode of construction,each system has its own hardware resources,data model,business logic and display interface due to the earlier communication equipment manufacturers' protectionism and technical constraints.At present,Gansu Mobile network management supporting system has formed a number of chimney-style sub-application systems,this traditional supporting system deployment mode greatly constrained network management support business' s development,most support system from hardware and software construction,most of which from software and hardware construction to system operation and maintenance are relatively independent.At the same time,a variety of different types of equipment are inadequate and big differences exist among them.The existing network management system cannot be under unified management and resource allocation,unified equipment deployment is difficult,long construction period,low utilization of resource,serious waste of capital,high maintenance costs and a series of problems also exist.It is difficult to meet the fast development of the network management business,which also sit ill with Gansu Mobile's “four wheel drive” strategic transformation and development requirements.With the emergence and development of cloud computing and virtualization technology,the standardization and unification of hardware devices such as servers,various operators are striving to explore the ways of how to use virtualization technology to improve equipment utilization,to reduce the cost of procurement and operation and maintenance,to shorten deployment cycle,breaking down original chimney-style construction mode and achieving unified construction of resources and unified deployment of the virtual resource pool.At the same time,China Mobile's unceasing innovations in the field of communications and its strategic requirement of Cost Reducing and Efficiency Increasing also requires that Gansu Mobile upgrade its network management supporting system.Facing the problems and needs mentioned above,this paper intends to design and realize Gansu Mobile's private cloud resource pool and resource pool management platform by investigating,analyzing and calculating the current situation of Gansu Mobile's all network supporting systems with the help of virtualization technology of cloud computing.Based on the detailed design and realization of Gansu Mobile's Private Cloud Resource Pool and Resource Pool Management Platform,systematic overall framework,resource pool network structure,hardware installation,software installation and system configuration,this research intends to realize Gansu Mobile Network Management Private Cloud Resource Pool System.Through the statistical analysis of application effect of resource pool and management platform,it proves that this project fully meets the design requirements and achieves the original design goal,meeting the network management supporting system's need for basic resources and business applications.It can significantly reduce the cost of Gansu Mobile's construction,operation and maintenance of network management supporting system,providing the most valuable reference for the development of network management supporting system.
