With the development of information technology,cloud computing technology has shown explosive trend in recent years;the company is a large state-owned enterprise,it launched the data center resource pool in 2012.In retrospect,the resource pools are equivalent to Iaa S in cloud computing,its purpose is to encapsulate IT resources,such as computing,storage,and networking and present a whole to the outside,to centralize management and optimize the allocation of resources.But the virtualization software it used was foreign software in the early days,comprehensive consideration from three aspects of safety,control and cost,the self-research of server virtualization management system is imperative.This article describes the important phases of server virtualization system life cycle in terms of requirements,design,implementation,and testing.In the requirements analysis,the system business function is fully analyzed,and the various non-functional requirements of the system are also analyzed and the system data modeling is carried out.The system layered model is established in the system application architecture design;in the system function design,the system function is designed according to the module;in the system data design part,the system requirements modeling results are transformed into the system database table structure;in the system public service interface design,the basic business service layer interface and the technical service layer interface are designed in the application architecture layered model and through the system function time series design to define the business function and each public service component's invocation relationship;system integration design defines the integration mode and scope between the system and external systems;the system security architecture is designed from four aspects of application security,data security,host security and network security;the system deployment design provides the theoretical basis for the implementation of the system.The system implementation section describes the core framework of the system implementation and the business process of the key logic.The server virtualization system mainly includes five modules: physical resource management,virtual machine management,resource monitoring,task management and system management.The physical resource management includes five secondary functional modules: cluster management,host management,network management,storage management and image management;the virtual machine management includes virtual machine general management,virtual machine operation,virtual machine resource change,virtual machine backup management and virtual machine snapshot management module;the resource monitoring module from CPU usage,memory usage,disk I/O and network I/O the four dimensions of resources pool,cluster,the host and virtual machine monitor data collection and statistical analysis;the task management module mainly provides query and tracking function for system tasks;the system management function module mainly includes system authority and system log audit function.The research results have been applied in the company,and the initial requirements of resource pool construction have been met.
