With the rapid development of the Internet and the construction of campus broad band access network by major operators,the users of the campus broadband network have also increased.As the campus broadband access network is characterized by large and concentrated users domain,consistent time-domain of the Internet access and spatial domain features that carry multiple types of flow,it will have a greater impact on the user community and a more serious impact once the campus access network fails.In particular,the campus access network needs to be quickly discovered,rapidly disposed,and quickly restored.Therefore,it is very important for operators to actively develop a fault dispatching management system for campus broadband access networks in order to automate and process the obstacles of college campus telecommunication broadband access network fault dispatching management system to provide functions such as failure reporting,troubleshooting,complaints advice,complaint handling,and score assessment,as well as to improve the timeliness and management of troubleshooting,ensure customer business,improve customer perception and increase customer viscosity.The main work of this thesis:(1)Carry out market demand investigation and conduct need analysis of system business with telecommunications related departments.After fully understanding the realization principle of the obstacle handling business of the campus broadband access network,determine the system requirements.(2)Design the business process and use ahp to determine the weight of the score assessment to increase its fairness.(3)Detailed system design and optimization,including: functional modules,and database.(4)System implementation and testing,including:testing,implementation and deployment,and compile system technical documentation.At present,the system has been put into practical operation.
