Material handling manipulator is an important category of industrial robots,which is widely used in the field of automatic production and flexible processing,instead of manual assembly or cargo handling in the workshop.Industrial manipulator is mainly composed of metal materials with strong rigidity,which leads to high quality.In case of out of control,the impact force generated by its huge inertia will produce huge destructive force,resulting in hidden danger of personnel safety and loss of property and equipment.The intelligentization of manipulator mainly depends on the support of all kinds of sensors.It is based on the obstacle avoidance sensor that the research of obstacle avoidance technology of manipulator develops continuously.The research contents of this project are as follows: Learn the working principle and process of the manipulator,and analyze the potential trouble in the operation of the manipulator;Determine the basic structure of the manipulator,use the Solid Works software to build the three-dimensional model of the manipulator,and analyze its dynamics;The control system of the robot is optimized,focusing on the safety research,and the safety obstacle avoidance system is designed to improve the safety performance;This paper introduces the classical algorithm and intelligent algorithm applied in the field of obstacle avoidance and path planning,selects artificial potential field method as the obstacle avoidance algorithm of this material handling manipulator,analyzes and improves the traditional limitations of the algorithm,improves the implementation efficiency of the algorithm,improves the safe operation performance of the manipulator,and avoids safety injury accidents caused by the error of the obstacle avoidance algorithm Happen.
