Among all kinds of fitness equipment,smart treadmill keeps developing and spreading because its safety,applicability and excellent effect.However,regular exercise prescription and PI control used in most current systems of smart treadmill can hardly adapted to user's demands,caused inefficient exercise even damage.Though analysis the body parameters during treadmill exercise and technology of internet of things,this papers implements a system focused on the control of treadmill using Android device as core;introduced the design of user interface,management and transfer of data,formulate of exercise prescription.In order to provide target exercise intensity and adjust real time intensity depends on different people,using intensity and heart rate in exercise as the input of linear regression algorithm to build the model which is used for prediction of function capacity to set the target heart rate and basis of treadmill controller.To achieve flexible formulation of amount of exercise,analyze the intensity,last time and consume both in a single exercise and in period.By establishing a optical model can we figure out the least time to meet the lower limit of consume and the maximal consume to meet the upper limit of time.By the experiments conducted among 10 different subjects,verified the validation of this study.The result shows the system can set target heart rate for distinguished subjects,the control of treadmill can maintain the heart rate fluctuate in a stable area(RMSE<5);can also formulate the prescription to guarantee the time and consume in specified range.
