The corrosion control of equipment and pipeline is a complicated system related to many factors.However,refinery plant's anticorrosion means are discrete and independent in domestic petrochemical enterprises currently.They cannot synthetically make reasonable decision for corrosion prevention and control.It leads to the high cost of anticorrosion.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the online multi-factor correlated intelligent decision system of corrosion prevention and control.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs and develops an intelligent decision-making system for corrosion prevention and control based on multi-factors,such as process,equipment and on-line corrosion monitoring,which provides a visual decision-making tool in corrosion prevention and control for petrochemical enterprises.The main tasks include:(1)Structure design of corrosion management decision system.Based on MVC and Oracle SSH2 software architecture,dynamic coding method is used to fully decouple the logic of lotus root business and reduce the coupling between modules and layers.By using the Web Services encapsulation method of the function points in the distributed module based on xfire,it realizes efficient remote call,flexible and quick responses to the requirement of service change,and finally realizes the system function.(2)The function design of corrosion management decision system software.The function design of process anticorrosion management,equipment corrosion management,corrosion on-line monitoring management and corrosion comprehensive analysis decision are completed.The design and implementation of early warning scheme,online monitoring data display scheme and residual life early warning scheme are completed.(3)The design of corrosion multi-factor dynamic display.It takes the corrosion monitoring time coordinate as the benchmark,integrates other data.Equal proportion magnifies or shrinks these data,then makes it close to the corrosion monitoring curve display position.It can clearly show the trend change and meet the needs of users to understand the dynamic changes of various corrosion factors,in order to formulate effective corrosion prevention and control strategy.The practice of corrosion prevention and control in a refinery plant in Shijiazhuang shows that the system can efficiently classify and manage the basic information and corrosion protection information of the plant.The system integrates the on-line monitoringdata of corrosion,realizes the process flow chart of the device,the fixed point thickness chart of pipeline,and generates scientific corrosion analysis report and prevention and control decision.
