Abstract/Summary:
Oral implant guide is a template for accurately locating and determining the angle of the implant used in oral implant surgery.Digital implant surgical guide has been wisely applied in implant therapy because it can accurately implant according to the preset position,and does not need to turn over the flap during operation,which reduces the difficulty of implant operation and shortens the operative time.But in the current,most commercialized implant surgical guides in the domestic market are foreign brands.There are few studies on the design and manufacture of implant surgical guide in China.Therefore,the design process of implant surgical guide and the accuracy of 3D printing process are studied in detail in this thesis.Firstly,the characteristics of oral tissue structure in different tooth absence were analyzed,and the design process of three kinds of implant surgical guide for dental support,mucous support and bone support were put forward.The CBCT image of the crown was segmented with different thresholds,and the change law of volume value of the reconstruction model was analyzed.The optimum segmentation threshold formula for individual patients was summarized.Aiming at the issues of manual selection time-consuming of the feature points and depending on experience of operator,a set of feature point selection strategy in the semi-automatic registration method was proposed in this thesis to improve registration accuracy.In the aspect of implant surgical guide design,based on the 3D digital model of oral structure and combined with the shaping requirements of selected 3D printing technology,the structure of implant surgical guide and guide sleeve was designed in this thesis.Aiming at the problems of error in collection,designing and manufacturing,the cause of the error was analyzed and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward that obviously improved the accuracy of the forming parts of implant surgical guide.Finally,the clinical operation was carried out.By analyzing the deviation between the actual implant and the virtual design implant in the shoulder,the apex and the angle,the effectiveness of implant surgical guide was verified.The guide plate structure designed in this thesis releases the single hand holding clinicians and makes the operation more convenient by screw locking between the guide sleeve and the guide.Compared with the actual implant position and the designed position of preset operation,the clinical application proves that the average deviation of theimplant in the shoulder is 0.90 mm,the average value of the apex deviation is 1.15 mm,and the angle average deviation is 4.05 degrees,and the precision of planting reaches the level of research at the same time,which lays the foundation for further improvement of the subject.
