Research On Information Security Technology For Power Communication Network

With the advance of "Internet plus the penetration of Internet technology in all areas of society,the importance of communication and information network security has become increasingly prominent,communication data dissemination brings new challenges and new problems hitherto unknown to the national security and social stability.The nineteen general information and communication security planning of the party joins the national strategy.The government's attention to information data security has risen to the national level.In the same power enterprises,information and communication security is an important guarantee for deepening production automation,service quality and management information.It has a great impact on the security of the power grid.Since the reform and opening up,the construction of power grid in China has developed rapidly.With the progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the communication information infrastructure of the power enterprises,different communication and information systems are developed according to the different working processes,working direction and working groups of the production,marketing and management,and the overall level of the communication information of the electric power enterprises Enter a new stage.The power communication information network system,once the targeted malicious destruction or attack,will directly interfere with the dispatching of the power grid,so that the data and indicators of the power grid equipment can not be transmitted normally,the power system runs in chaos,even the cutting off of the central nervous system of the power system will lead to the interruption of the power supply,which will cause a large area in a serious case.Blackouts affect the normal operation of society,economy,politics and military affairs,resulting in incalculable losses.Therefore,it is of great strategic significance to choose the research on communication information security of electric power enterprises in the future development of power system.This paper first introduces the development of communication information security in China's power system,especially the physical damage and network attack,combing the security status of the communication information network in power enterprises,analyzing the types and sources of physical and information security risks and threats,and then designing the structure of the electric power from two aspects of the communication network and the information network.System communication network security protection system;then the structure of the power information system protection system simulated exercises to detect the effectiveness of protection;finally,the simulation exercise results are summarized and proposed improvement measures,prospect of the security system in the power system popularization and development.
