Traditional industrial control architectures face challenges with the advent of Industry 4.0 and the era of big data.On the one hand,the need to transfer industrial data into big data platforms,unified management,and information mining is becoming increasingly urgent.On the other hand,the existing industrial system architecture has formed many "information isolated islands".It has become a hot research that how to seamlessly integrate the current advanced data communication technology,big data technology and traditional industrial control system.This paper researched the data transmission architecture based on OPCUA protocol and the industrial big data architecture based on Hbase,which based on the traditional industrial control architecture.Firstly,the traditional industrial control system architecture was simulated through a dual-capacity water tank control experiment platform based on Siemens PCS7-BOX.Then,a data transmission layer was introduced,a server-client data transmission system was established,an OPC UA server was set up,a client program was written in the Java language,and the data was transmitted through the client's acquisition or server's transmission,which all based on the traditional architecture.The industrial big data platform is built under the Hadoop framework with HBase as the database.Compared with traditional Internet data,industrial data has inherent characteristics:timing and strong correlation.Therefore,the industrial big data platform should not only satisfy the characteristics of big data,but also meet the characteristics of industrial data.This paper researched the deployment of big data platform based on Hbase,the storage form of industrial data in HBase database,and how to make the industrial data well stored and utilized in NoSQL database.Finally,the characteristics of the two acquisition modes of reading and subscription are discussed in detail,and the application of each mode is pointed out.The HBase data filter is used in the query system to improve the data query efficiency.At the same time,the line chart function is integrated to make the data display more intuitive.The experimental results show that the industrial cloud system architecture has well research value and development prospects.
