Employees,as the main body for the creating benefits,are the key factors for the development and growth of the company.In the era of the rapid development of the Internet,the traditional method of identifying the roles of employees has been unable to meet the increasingly complex analysis of employee behavior.Therefore,based on the identification and analysis system of workers' roles under social networks,it brings a theoretical foundation for solving the complexworkmanagement.Firstly,this dissertation analyzes the influence of social network APP on employees,and puts forward a new classification of employee groups based on social networks that are important to business managers.Secondly,the improved edge detection algorithm is used to collect and analyze the social network of employee QQ and WeChat friends.The corresponding employee role information is obtained.Finally,based on the employee role information obtained,the employees are divided into new categories,which provide theoretical guidance and help for enterprise managers to perform employee management.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)In the process of communication between employees on the social network platform,it will reflect their relationship for employees in real life.Therefore,through the analysis of the social network relations,the essential relationship of employees can be obtained in reality,and obtain staff role information that is difficult to observe easily in traditional employee management.(2)On the basis of social networking,a new classification of employees is proposed,which is important significance for enterprise management: backup manager role,social barrier role,andhidden relationshiprole.(3)Improved edge detection algorithm that is adopted to identify and analyze employee social networks.The algorithm introduces weights,combines specific corporate divisions,sets algorithm stop conditions,and excavates employee role information.According to the employee informationobtained,theemployeewillbedividedintonewcategoriesfinally.This dissertation combines social network theory with actual enterprise management.Through the mining of social network relationships among real enterprise employees,this paper analyzes and validates the information of the special employee roles under the social networking platform.In this way,enterprises could manage their work more scientifically,and the enterprise managers get a helping hand tomanage employees and discover talents in the age of the Internet.
