In recent years, the intelligent control technology strategy, such as fuzzy control, neural network, genetic algorithms, expert control and so on, has obtained widespread application in the field of automatic control. In the process of research and application, we find out that single control strategy can not receive good control effect usually.But a finer control performance can be made by combining properly one single control strategy with others.The compound control strategies can make rational use of strengths of different control strategy,overcome the weaknesses of singl control strategy. The compound of different control strategy is good for the application and development of intelligent control, it has been a up-and-coming research trend.With the rapid progress of electronic technology, PLC has debeloped from the simple logic controller into the production-course-oriented automation device, it is a important basic technology in modern industry control field.The PLC's function of computing and data handling has increased notably, this makes it possible for us to realize complex control strategy on PLC. It has very important meaning for intelligent control strategy to be programmed and applied based on PLC.In this paper, simulation experiment is performed firstly by using Matlab,then the siemens S7-300PLC is chosen as the controller of the system. The mothod and concept of structural programming are applied in the process of PLC programming.The Fuzzy-Neural network strategy is programmed successfully on PLC in the STL language of STEP7.The tempetature closed-loop control system is set up based on experimental equipment ,and the ideal control performance of intelligent controller is received.
