According to statistics,more than 3 million cranium injuries are caused by traffic accidents and accidental injuries every year,and most of the injuries need cranial repair.With the progress and development of computer-aided technology,many researches have been done for skull repair in order to better diagnose,treat and operate cranioplasty.In this paper,the CT image of the skull is studied and the 3D reconstruction model of the CT image of the skull is realized.A three-dimensional reconstruction model of the skull is used to repair the skull.And the model of skull and skull defect can be simulated by 3D printing technology,which provides more convenience and feasibility for the repair of skull.In this paper,the CT image of the skull is taken as the research object,the features of the CT image are analyzed,and the image processing algorithm is used to preprocess the CT image,which threshold segmentation is used to extract the feature structure of the skull by setting the threshold,and the corrosion and bulge in image morphology and expansion are used to the edge detection of noise characteristics of the skull.The pretreatment CT image of skull are reconstructed MC algorithm.The introduction and positioning of the CT image,the segmentation of threshold,the growth of the region and the interpolation calculation of 3D are used to calculate the three-dimensional model.For the reconstruction of the reconstructed 3D model,the 3D reconstruction model is reconstructed by using the surface reconstruction based on the B spline curve.First,the CT image is two values,and then the two value image is processed by edge processing to remove the edge redundancy information.According to the contour tracking,the missing skull contour is obtained,and the missing skull contour is interpolated and connected by B spline.The skull repair model is reconstructed by B spline surface reconstruction.The entity of the three-dimensional reconstruction model of the skull and the skull repair model are printed by 3D printing technology to verify the experiment.It provides a visual and three-dimensional auxiliary reference for medical diagnosis,academic teaching and cranioplasty.
