With the development of Internet,more and more sensors and instruments and meters have taken the network access function as their default configuration to achieve remote monitoring,on-line fault diagnosis,data transmission and distributed information processing.The signal acquisition module is an important part of the equipment state monitoring system.As the front end of the whole system,it is responsible for the signal acquisition and processing in the field.The time grating displacement sensor series is composed entirely of his own invention Chinese,new displacement sensor has all the intellectual property rights of all parts of hardware and software,all from our design,development,function integration in the Internet,the time grating displacement sensor in the intelligent industrial products manufacturing based on Internet has inherent advantages.Based on this,this paper carries out the research of signal acquisition and analysis algorithm for remote sensor remote monitoring system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The basic principle of the time grating displacement sensor.The basic theory of time and space coordinate transformation of time grating is expounded.Combined with the theory,the physical model and measuring principle of field time grating displacement sensor are introduced,and the error analysis of time traveling wave signal is made.(2)The hardware design of the signal acquisition system.It mainly introduces the principle of hardware circuit design,using STM32F407 and TMS320F2812 double CPU design,including hardware structure,power supply design,the main control module circuit design,excitation signal generation circuit design,the induction signal conditioning circuit design,data acquisition and DSP signal processing circuit,communication interface circuit design.Finally,the points for attention in the design of PCB are explained.(3)Research on the analysis algorithm of signal acquisition.The basic principle of fast Fourier transform is mainly expounded,and the problem of frequency spectrum leakage and fence effect in the algorithm is explained.Then we calculate the correction formula of the bispectral line interpolation algorithm of each window function,compare with the correction formula of the three spectral line interpolation algorithm of each window function,and simulate the experiment,and get the algorithm of windowing interpolation with high accuracy.(4)The software design of the acquisition system.The main function of the system software are described,including the main program design,signal generation module software design,software design,signal acquisition and processing module of communication software design and programming process of modular design,easy to program and modify the readability.(5)System testing and analysis.The system includes hardware circuit debugging,system experiment platform building,software algorithm experiment and communication debugging.Through experiments,each module has been verified and tested,and both hardware and software have met the expected requirements.Through the completion of time grating sensor remote monitoring system of signal acquisition and algorithm analysis,design of signal acquisition system model,and study the corresponding algorithm for processing the collected data,achieve grid intelligent and digital level,can realize remote fault diagnosis and check the function value of gate industrialization promotion.
