Measurement System Of Mobile Phone 3-D Dimension And Curved Screen

In order to measure the surface size of the mobile phone housings,a system for measuring 3D dimensions was researched and designed.The surface of mobile phone' curved screen was measure base on this measuring system.The following several works have been finished by the author:1.A system to measure the surface size of the mobile phone housings was built.Based on linear variable differential transformer(LVDT),the clamping method and measuring path about mobile phone housings were researched.The the hardware and software to measure the surface size of the mobile phone housings was built.2.The measuring method and algorithm about flatness,step height and hole depth of the mobile phone housings were studied.Based on the above measuring system of the mobile phone housings,the software development and system debugging have been done.The measuring results were studied and analyzed,the measuring errors have also been separated and corrected.The flatness,step height and hole depth can be measured stably,and the repeatability is better than 5 ?m.3.In order to measure the surface of mobile phone' curved screen,the measuring parth of curved surfaces were analyzed and designed.The compensation method of probe radius was summarized and the measuring error was also compensated.
