With the development of the Internet,in order to comply with the requirements of the times and adapt to the development of new media,the government officials of our country began to change their media image.In recent years,the "red cadre department" has emerged as a new image that conforms to the development of the Internet.The identity of "net red" is in line with the characteristics of the new era of the Internet,and it is also the need for the government to promote political work under the "Internet + government affairs." The birth and development of the image of the "WANGHONG" also reflected the role of political rhetoric in the political communication in the Internet era.This article mainly relies on the six elements of political rhetoric,and uses content analysis method to analyze and demonstrate the cases of "net cadres" that appear at present,and believes that the emergence of the "red cadre"media image has its rationality."Red cadre" is a new official media image created by government officials following the trend of the Internet and driven by multiple factors such as the environment and the recipients.Its media image shaping is in line with the current complex public opinion environment and enhance the government's ability to govern.new method.According to the analysis,good moral character,rational expression,and sentiment are the key factors in shaping the success of the "red cadre department" image,and aiming at the specific real-world performance of the current "red cadres",audience reactions,and media reports.Putting forward political rhetoric skills has played a certain role in the shaping and transmission of the "net red cadre" image,in line with the current political and network environment.Through the analysis of the limits of political rhetoric skills,this paper summarizes the shortcomings and defects of the "net red cadre" in the process of image shaping and expression.He believes that the traditional "government-based" idea,the constraints of the current political communication system,and the media literacy of Internet users.It is a key factor that influences the shaping and presentation of the media image of "net red cadres",and proposes that government officials must balance the"supply" of information,pay attention to what the people think and think,equalize dialogues,create a good atmosphere of political communication,and learn to use appropriate The methods of expression and other strategies are used to shape the media image of "net red cadres".The research in this paper not only tries to contribute to the study of the media image of the "Red Line" department that has just emerged in China,but also hopes to use the theory of political rhetoric to carry out new theoretical explorations on the dissemination of media images by current government officials.Spread the positive media image of government officials to provide some theoretical help.
