The delivery of litigation documents is an important part of the people's court's trial work.At present,the delivery of litigation documents of the People's Court is faced with many problems and obstacles,and the phenomenon of "difficulty in delivery" is becoming a "stumbling block" that affects the normal conduct of trial work and restricts the deepening of the trial reform.In order to solve the difficult problem of court delivery,and effectively guarantee the realization of the legitimate rights and interests of the parties,a unified integrated delivery platform was established.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of litigation documents delivery,the platform manages multiple delivery methods in a unified manner.The system was developed using a prototype method.It can improve the communication methods between system development designers and users,strengthen the affiliation with actual work,and can also reduce the training time for new systems and improve user satisfaction.In the system construction process,I am mainly responsible for the design and implementation of the delivery application,postal delivery,and delivery mode configuration modules.This paper first describes the background and significance of the system,refers to the status quo of related systems at home and abroad,and identifies the customers' pain points.Then analyze and describe the most practical needs of the court's service personnel,and determine the system's goals.Through the system architecture,technical architecture,and functional architecture,the system is designed in a schematic manner,and data tables are designed for the data involved in the system.According to the summary design results,the system is designed in detail,and the functions implemented by the system are described through the service flow charts and functional timing charts.The main functional class diagrams involved in the system are designed to provide reference for the realization of the system.Using ArteryBase,SSM(Spring + SpringMVC + MyBatis)framework and B/W/D(Browser/Web Server/Database)application mode for system implementation.After the system development is completed,the black box test method is used to test the system's functionality,and the automated test tool is used for non-functional testing to prove that the system is correct and effective.This ensures that the system can indeed provide support for the court's service delivery.At present,the system has been officially put into operation in the Beijing court,filling the gaps in the information service of the service delivered by the Court offline.The construction of an integrated delivery platform for integration has not only provided a unified management platform for the delivery of court services,but also ended the lack of management and the unlawful status of delivery procedures for the delivery of court services online,provide a set of relatively standard unified business operation processes for offline delivery.The establishment of this system has extremely important significance for the study of our civil service system.The delivery management function provided by the current system is well received by customers.In the future,it will continue to extend the system according to the court's delivery work,adding more management functions for litigation documents.
