With the popularity and development of LED(Light Emitting Diode)technology,it has been widely used in all fields of people's life as a new generation illumination source.Compared with ordinary illumination source,LED has the advantages of low power consumption,long life,small bulk,high efficiency.As a result,it is an inevitable trend that LED would gradually replace incandescent lamp as main illumination source in the next few years.Owing to many advantages of LED,visible light communication(VLC)technology based on LED is becoming a cause for concern of researchers.VLC is a new type of communication that apply LED as light source and use high speed and flashing optical signal generating by LED to achieve information transmission.VLC is a new communication technology that could achieve illumination and communication at the same time.VLC technology has the advantages of none occupation of electromagnetic spectrum resources,safe and no electromagnetic radiation,high degree of confidentiality which make it has a broader development perspective in short-distance wireless communication field.On the other hand,with the development of intelligent mobile terminal technology,intelligent mobile terminals(such as mobile phones,PADs and notebook computers)have been essential things in people's life.Under the background of rapid development of intelligent mobile terminal technology,it must have better development and application prospects which combining intelligent mobile terminal technology with VLC technology.This paper mainly study on the mobile terminal interconnecting technology based on VLC.Combined with VLC and mobile terminal communication technology,a mobile terminal communication system based on VLC is proposed and implemented.The main work and innovation points are as follows:Firstly,paper elaborated visible light communication(VLC)technology principle and analyzed VLC channel model?modulation?operation principle and technology features of key devices.VLC mobile terminal system scheme was designed.Secondly,paper analyzed operation principle of mobile terminal and interface.By choosing appropriate communication interface and communication scheme,we proposed mobile terminal transform scheme based on VLC interconnect and implemented electric optical conversion interface circuit?Ethernet interface module?amplifying circuit module.measured and verified above designed modules.Thirdly,we analyzed and measured LED modulation bandwidth of VLC mobile terminal system.Mobile terminal Ethernet communication system based on VLC technology was designed and implemented.We measured and verified proposed system.
