With the rapid development of social economy,the Mobile Internet has penetrated into every field of people's life and work.Smartphones have become the core carrier of the Mobile Internet's function and application.With the further development of the combination of the Information Technology and Mobile Internet,such as the Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things,a new wave begins to form.The almost saturated and matured smartphone market will again face a crisis of industry reshuffle.How to deal with the more complex market competition and grasp the new opportunity when facing the new trend of development,has become the most urgent and practical problem for the existing smartphone manufacturers to solve.This article will emphasizes on research of the smartphone marketing strategies under the background of the development of Mobile Internet.First of all,the paper will begin with the analysis on the macro and micro environments,then uses the SWOT model to comprehensively analyze the company's internal and external disadvantage conditions,discover existing advantages and opportunities of the eneterprise,as well as the disadvantages and threats,so as to develop a targeted marketing strategy accordingly.Using the strategy as the guidance,further puts out the STP strategy so as to set an explicit market positioning,and promotes a specific 4P marketing combination strategy from the perspective of market positioning,in order to effectively face the market competition.This article uses A company as an example,employing case analysis method,and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods etc.,It points out specific recommendations and strategies including Product,Price,Place and Promotion.More concretely,product strategy including strengthening users involvement.creating diversified products,achieving product assortment.The idea of price strategy is market-skimming pricing and competition-oriented pricing so as to form a dynamic portfolio system of prices.On the basis of traditional channels,place strategy puts out further diversifying the products distribution channels and simplifying channel levels.Promotion strategy points out fully employing digital marketing so as to carry out the word-of-mouth marketing and integrated marketing communication.In the way,this paper provides smartphone business of company's with a well-directed marketing strategies and solutions for the competition coping and market development.Through the comprehensive and in-depth systematic research,this article strives to provide valuable references and practical guidance to the marketing decisions of smartphone marketing business for A company to develop and obtain the ideal business performance.
