The rapid development of online platforms poses a threat to the survival and development of the physical retailing.Whether the offline operating model can counter the high efficiency of the online operating model?Can we maintain the vitality of the physical retail industry only relying on offline operations?Will the traditional business model be subverted and replaced by the online model?Faced with these problems,the physical retail industry represented by community convenience stores has to find new outlets.At present,the joining of industry giants such as Alibaba retailer(LST)and Jingdong New pathway and the support of national policies have brought hope for the survival of the physical retail industry.Based on this background,the purpose of this article is to discuss how the Field Management Project System transforms offline resources according to the characteristics of the physical retail industry and solves the daily communication and visiting requirements of brand dealers,distributors and wholesalers,how to work with mobile apps and minimize the possibility of missing subscriptions and visits,how to Improve salesmen's work efficiency,how to efficiently manage interactions between salespersons and customers and improve corporate management performance.The subject of this article comes from Shanghai HEADING Information Engineering Co.,Ltd.,a subsidiary of Wanda Group.The project name is Field Management System Application Design Project.The article records the whole process of the author's participation in the production of the project during the internship.Taking customers' needs as the goal,the article first analyses the current market status of mobile office applications in the physical retail industry and related competing products,then constructs the user role models and generates the user requirements definitions.After that,the article designs interaction documents according to the system carrier specification and outputs product interaction prototype design.At last,the author summarizes the product interaction design specification and updates products through user usability testing.Field Management APP is a mobile office application that provides services for city operators,suppliers,and stores.It has updated 7 versions based on customer needs and market feedback and solved hundreds of user problems.The process of solving problems also provides a platform for the author to learn and practice.In the process of participating in the project,the author tried to combine the theoretical knowledge learned in the school with the actual project,and tried to verify the methodology through the actual project,and thus continuously improved the design methods as well as the design effectiveness. |
