With the rapid development of China's economy,various types of scientific research institutions have also been increasingly perfected.At the same time,the Nineteenth Party Congress encourages the development of scientific research institutions in many aspects.Scientific research institutions are of great significance to improving a nation's ability to innovate.From the perspective of the status of the development of China's innovation system universities and scientific research institutions are the leaders in China's innovation field.The evaluation of the academic influence of scientific research institutions will help improve the innovation capacity of scientific research institutions and promote the sustainable development of various types of professional scientific research institutions.At present,China's evaluation of the relevant academic influence of scientific research institutions is still very weak.From the point of view of thesis output,scientific research institutions conduct evaluations and provide new research ideas for the evaluation of their relevant academic influence.The proportion of research achievements obtained is an important evaluation standard for measuring the influence of scientific research institutions,and journal articles are one of the important forms of scientific research achievements of scientific research institutions.The quality of journal articles produced by scientific research institutions determines the size of academic influence of scientific research institutions.Therefore,this article will reflect the size of the influence of scientific research institutions through comprehensive evaluation of journal articles published by research institutions in the past five years.In this study a large number of literature surveys were conducted,and a comprehensive evaluation method using both qualitative and quantitative applications was adopted to establish an index system of academic influence of scientific research institutions based on the output of the thesis.SPSS statistical analysis software was used to analyze the acquired data,and comprehensively applied correlation analysis methods and principal component analysis methods and the existing evaluation indicators were quantitatively analyzed,and the scientific influence evaluation model of scientific research institutions was designed and constructed.Take the papers produced by the domestic four types of scientific research institutions in the past five years as an example to conduct empirical analysis.According to the comparative analysis between the indicators,try to discuss the possible problems of scientificresearch institutions,and from various angles to improve the academic influence of scientific research institutions.Some suggestions and countermeasures for the force.
