PRO Magazine is a Mexican business magazine that focuses in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.A monthly magazine with its digital version.The mission of PRO is to help and connect entrepreneurs.Having presence in four cities in Mexico,with a current strategy to expand to Mexico City in 2018.Knowing the complexity of the city and the current changes digitalization brings to the media sector,innovation needs to be taken seriously and prioritize.Currently,PRO Magazine is focusing in digital strategies but without any strong differentiation from the rest of(digital)magazines.In other words,only the minimum factors required are being executed in PRO Magazine.Investigation and research focused on designing competitive organizations in the digital ecosystem and in consumer behavior in a digitized environment will take place in order to better comprehend the effect digital is having in the world and see them as an opportunity and not as a threat as seen from competitors.Based on the investigations,one innovated digital strategy will be taken into action,stepping ahead in the game from competitors.PRO Magazine will expand to Mexico City with an innovated strategy that will help guarantee not only the success in this promising city but will allocate PRO Magazine as a pioneer in digitization by having the ability to see future trends and act immediately.With the new digital strategy call Plataforma and the expansion to the capital of Mexico,PRO will be able to help and connect more entrepreneurs.
