Under the premise of the combination of national policies and industrial strategy trends,the state's policies such as manufacturing power,belt and road,double innovation,and new retail models all strongly advocate the platform model,which is the main carrier of the national "Internet+",strategy.Emerging Internet companies have successively built their own business ecosystems.With the launch of "Interenet+" and other policies,this paper selects the Xiaomi ecosystem with scientific and technological representatives as the research object,and uses literature research and case study methods to analyze its ecosystem construction process,combing and verifying the logical relationship between the synergy mechanism of the business ecosystem and corporate value.In the past,the research on commercial ecosystems mainly focused on the construction mechanism and the network effect it stimulated,and the industry mainly concentrated in the financial industry and retail industry.In addition,there are few studies on the i"Internet+" enterprise model of emerging enterprises,and there are also relatively few studies on the synergies of the commercial ecosystem platform.Therefore,it is necessary to study the business ecosystem of "Internet+" enterprises and the process of creating value.This paper first introduces the Xiaomi ecosystem from the ecosystem evolution equilibrium and construction logic.Secondly,it analyzes its construction mechanism and value.According to the different ways of participation of eco-enterprise in Xiaomi ecosystem platform,the synergistic effect theory is used to analyze the synergistic performance between Huami Technology,Nainbo and Midea Group and platform under Xiaomi ecosystem.Finally,the value of synergy from the management level of Xiaomi,investment and financing activities,corporate financial performance and market value was verified.Through the application of commercial ecosystem theory,network effect theory and synergy effect theory,this paper finds that the construction mechanism of commercial ecosystem has an impact on the value of enterprises,mainly through the network effect of the core circle of the ecosystem to achieve value creation.,reflecting value through synergy.Under the commercial ecological model,the different ways of participating in the eco-chain enterprises have different degrees of synergy.The degree of influence of the core layer and the non-core layer in the system is different,and the layers promote each other and co-evolve together.The significance of this paper is to provide reference for other Internet companies and even traditional enterprises to construct a commercial ecosystem through the study of enterprise value under the emerging Internet Xiaomi enterprise business ecosystem model,and hope to expand the application of complementary synergy theory in the commercial ecosystem..In this paper,there are 50 references,10 pictures,and 11 sheets.
