Design And Implementation Of Management System For Production Investment Plan Based On Workflow

“Production investment plan management” means production plan and investment plan management,which refers to the whole process of management of planning,cost control,investment monitoring,project management,supervision and evaluation based on existing manpower,material resources,and financial resources.Using information technology to standardize the company's production plan and investment plan,companies can more intuitively view and analyze production investment status,make rational use of limited funds,and increase the economic efficiency of the company.In recent years,with the continuous development of information technology,more and more business processes have been turned to electronic,thereby promoting the application of workflow technology in various management systems.According to the company's business needs and business processes,using workflow technology to separate the process logic from the application system,the business work is broken down into well-defined tasks and roles,perform these tasks and monitor them in accordance with certain rules and processes.The application of workflow technology can improve the office efficiency of the company,reduce production cost,and improve the production management level and competitiveness of the company.This project analyzes and studies the current work mode,workflow and management status of an oil production plant's production investment plan management business,and understands the specific needs of the oil production plant for system development.Through the analysis of system requirements,determine the source of each data and the logical relationship between each other,use the metadata theory to organize and analyze the collected data items,standardize the definition of the attribute types of each data item,and then complete the establishment of data dictionary and data model.Finally,through investigation and analysis of the business requirements,processes and management status of the production investment plan management work,the project completes the system business process analysis and architecture design,and complete the development of each function module of the system with workflow technology and workflow modeling tool.This project has successfully designed and implemented a workflow-based production investment plan management system by using workflow technology,metadata theory,and UML modeling theory.With the completion of the system,the purpose of unified planning and unified management for the production investment plan of an oil production plant has been achieved,and the investment management level and office efficiency of the company have been improved.The research results of this project have a certain reference value for the development of similar application systems.
