In recent years,with the rapid development of metrology management technology,its management process has also changed from post-testing to pre-prevention.Previously adopted methods of manually reporting metering data have been unable to meet management needs.Therefore,this paper analyzes and researches the process of measurement information management,comprehensively utilizes the mature information support methods and various emerging technologies,and designs and implements a measurement management system based on B/S architecture and Android integrated mode.The system development process mainly includes the following stages: 1)First,the current measurement management system use and research status are investigated.In the demand analysis stage,UML and other methods including use case diagram are used to analyze the system requirements;2)The system design stage: Based on the technical architecture,topology architecture and functional architecture,SQL Server2016 database management system is used as the data sharing and storage platform for the entire system,and mobile client applications are developed based on Android.3)System implementation stage: based on J2 EE technology in the measurement management system,the client interacts with the mobile terminal APP through the database.At the same time,a data analysis algorithm based on machine learning is designed to be able to tap the information of the relevant data in the calibration process of the measuring instrument and accurately analyze the cause of the failure of the measurement instrument.Optimize the system's data processing flow;4)System test phase: Perform a comprehensive test of the system from various aspects of performance,functionality,etc.,and analyze the test results.The results of the test and analysis of the system's function and performance show that the measurement management system as a whole has met the system design principles and functional requirements.With the optimization of measurement management business as the core,the entire system has realized specific data entry and measurement business management functions with strong pertinence,powerful functions and strong operability.The realization of the mobile terminal APP and machine learning algorithm optimizes the measurement instrument circulation management and real-time information registration process,realizes real-timesupervision and query,guarantees the real-time and accuracy of measurement instrument management,and reduces the work of information system real logistics and information flow links.Errors,improving the traceability of measurement instrument management and the efficiency of on-site inspection personnel work.
