With the development of IT information technology,the traditional artificial product quality supervision mode can not adapt to the development of the times.More and more enterprises begin to conduct information management in product quality management.Based on the background of this era,combined with the status quo of the quality data management of internship factory in Hunan Industrial Vocational and Technical College,this paper designs a software system of business process management system based on BPaaS.This paper applies the data similarity algorithm in data mapping method to the quality management process,which solves the difficult problem of long system development period and inconvenient data maintenance in the current enterprise product quality management.This paper first reviews a large number of related literatures to understand the status quo of product quality management system at home and abroad,at the same time,the status quo of quality management of internship factory in Hunan Polytechnic Institute was investigated Then on this basis,the main functional requirements and performance requirements of the system are analyzed in detail,and the detailed functional design of the system is carried out based on BPaaS design concept and B /S architecture.In addition,this article has made detailed research on the configuration of quality management processes.During the research,Artifac business process model based on EZ-Flow in BPaaS technology was adopted.Through the simulation experiment,the algorithm is analyzed and compared,which proves the superiority of label activity mapping method based on Artifact.And this is a strong technical support for the design and implementation of a product quality management system.After completing the system design,this article made the system a reality.Explaining the System implementation process in detail is in the form of a flowchart and a software interface map.This article systematically tests the design and implementation of the entire system to ensure the functional design of the system is feasible and the stability of the system operation.Finally,the system passed the test,the test results show that the system is stable,takes up less resources and has good performance.The designed function of the system can fully meet the demand for product quality management,indicating that the system has application value.
