Abstract/Summary:
This paper takes the development strategy and business model of BuzzFeed as a case study.In the context of traditional media transformation,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of its successful mode,which can be used as a foothold in the transformation process of traditional media in China,and further discusses the significance of BuzzFeed as a cutting-edge case.This paper mainly adopts literature research of existing literature and theory of recent papers about BuzzFeed resources comprehensively,based on BuzzFeed make detailed research and analysis,trying to return to BuzzFeed guidance in the process of transformation of the traditional media in China.This paper is divided into five parts to explain and analyze this system.In the background,this paper mainly introduces the research status of BuzzFeed,and the basis and significance of the topic selection.In the three aspects of the paper,the work and the media reports,the current research and report on BuzzFeed,especially the domestic academic research,has been analyzed in depth compared with the initial brief introduction phase.The first part is mainly to do a brief introduction of BuzzFeed,from initial creation to the development,which has made some achievements,as well as in the past two years BuzzFeed has encountered some its own development and industry environment influence caused by impact,through the introduction of these aspects,Let BuzzFeed have a three-dimensional image first.The second part mainly studies BuzzFeed development strategy,divided into the content characteristics,user awareness,platform strategy,the concept,technology development and application of five aspects,these five aspects are BuzzFeed besides business profit model,BuzzFeed more successful model.In terms of content,mainly the content of the lightweight attribute,the second is tailored for the user is interested in the content of this user consciousness,the third is the construction and distribution of platform strategy,pay attention to the mobile terminal fourth analyzes the interactive concept,which holds that share above all else,especially in the social platform
