So far,knowledge payment is still a new thing,and it is difficult to determine how its future development will be.However,it can be ascertained that users play a decisive role in the development of the knowledge payment industry.Users' satisfaction with knowledge products influences their purchasing behavior and thus affects the development of the entire industry.Therefore,this paper selects the users who pay for knowledge as the research object and studies their use and satisfaction.Based on the theory of uses and satisfactions as well as the motivation and demand,this study on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the characteristics about knowledge payment products and platforms,proposed hypotheses and established a model for the uses and satisfactions of knowledge-paying users.This paper adopts a combination of questionnaires and interviews to study and verify the model.First,it conducts a questionnaire survey and uses SPSS software to analyze the data.Then it interviews selected objects through interviews to discover underlying causes and problems;Combined with questionnaires and interview results,the hypothetical model was revised and the results were summarized and discussed.The study concluded that the demand for information,entertainment,and self-improvement are the main motivation for users to purchase knowledge-paying products.The user's use motivation affects the user's consumption frequency and knowledge product usage rate,and the degree of use of the product affects user satisfaction.The higher the degree of use,the higher the satisfaction.Satisfaction also affects the user's continuous purchasing behavior.The user's continuous use intention has a positive influence on the user's use behavior.Demographic information has a certain influence on the user's motivation,use behavior,consumption type,and areas of concern.
