With the continuous development of production industry and infrastructure,the demand for industrial equipment and building materials is expanding.Detection technology has increasingly become an important technical means to protect people's lives and property safety.The traditional non-destructive testing technology can not realize on-line monitoring,so the acoustic emission monitoring technology is used to monitor the health of the equipment,and the C++ language is used to design the acoustic emission monitoring software processing system through the MFC.Based on the characteristics of MFC development software and the characteristics of acoustic emission signal,the framework of acoustic emission detection system and the overall scheme of the system are designed,including hardware and software systems.Through the analysis of acoustic emission signal,the high precision hardware equipment is purchased,including acoustic emission sensor,front end amplifier and PCI-2 data acquisition card,is selected,and the hardware system is formed.The principle of AE signal generation and the characteristic parameters of AE signal are analyzed,and the AE data processing method is designed.First,neural network identification technology and wavelet analysis technology are applied to denoise the collected data.Secondly,the correlation analysis technology and kurtosis analysis technology are used to analyze the data after the noise reduction and extract the eigenvalues.The data can be image,and the characteristics of the acoustic emission source can be analyzed by the value of the eigenvalues and the appearance time.Then the qualitative analysis of the defects can be made.The passivity of acoustic emission signals requires that the software system should be monitored in real time to deal with the signal data in real time.In order to meet this requirement,the system uses multi thread based software development.First of all,the software development environment and the overall framework of the system are introduced,and the principles of the system development and the main functions to be realized are made.From the angle of software development,the scheme of software system development is designed,and its feasibility is proved.Finally,the software system is divided into five modules,respectively,the hardware parameters setting module,real-time monitoring module,alarm /warning module,the tool module and replay module,and each module is described in detail,including the design idea,function,operation mode,operation principle and so on,and the data exchange between each module and the specific process of data the defects of module function realization of improvement scheme was proposed.All functions are implemented by C++ coding.Finally,the acoustic emission monitoring software processing system is tested.According to the test results,the design scheme and the framework of the software system are improved to achieve the long-term and stable operation of the system as much as possible.The results show that the system can monitor the acoustic emission signal in real time,and process and analyze the acoustic emission signal data,so as to achieve the effective detection of the defective materials.
