In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology and the expanding range of mobile intelligent terminal,the scale of mobile phone users in China is expanding,and the main revenue sources of mobile communication operators have gradually shifted from voice calls,short message billing and other ways to data traffic revenue.In the face of increasing consumption demand,the operators how to use the existing data,mining user preferences through data analysis,and the final accurate recommendation of the corresponding business becomes a problem to be solved.For example,the service ordered by users in the past period can reflect the user's business needs and preferences to a certain extent,and can make full use of these information to provide users with personalized service recommendation.Because the social network analysis method can abstract the specific business into the graph,it is more convenient and accurate to use the related theories and methods in graph theory to analyze the characteristics of the network,and provide a new idea to solve the problem.Based on this,this paper proposes a mobile service push model based on social network analysis.The model first compares the services ordered by different users,uses association rules to construct the mobile network graph and cluster the mobile service between the mobile phone services.Secondly,it uses the Laplasse algorithm to sort all kinds of internal services and select the former K items.Again,the consumer can be consumed by the users corresponding to the K service.The M user is selected as the target user of the final push business.In this way,operators can not only provide precise service for users,but also be different from the traditional service mode that only recommends business according to users' consumption habits.Based on the characteristics of mobile phone service,this paper analyzes the advantages of different clustering methods and the evaluation of user consumption ability in social network analysis,and explores the information push service of mobile phone business target users in the Internet environment.In this paper,we use association rules to establish a method for moving network graph of mobile services,select Louvain clustering method for business clustering according to the network characteristics,and calculate the ranking of business importance in each community.Based on business ranking,the initial information is selected to push the user group,and the user's consumption ability evaluation is finally established according to the analytic hierarchy process.The price model,so as to select the final push information users,to provide more and better personalized service for the operators,and continuously improve the business income has a strong theoretical and practical significance.
