In order to resolve the inconsistent entry of some information systems,data duplication and cross-terminals and other problems of Chengdu Electric Power Bureau,the multi-carrier desktop management system is developed.The so-called multi-carrier can use the system through different terminals including PC terminals,tablet personal computers,smart phone mobile terminals and other cross-terminal application to resolve fixed office and mobile office.The desktop management system resolves inconsistent entry,data duplication and other problems.After the users log in the system through universal account,they can use the functions of all business systems without barrier.This is to say that it is not necessary to input user name and password.According to the current status of information system of Chengdu Electric Power Bureau,the multi-carrier desktop management system proposes to use heterogeneous architecture of JAVA and adopts advanced and mature JAVA technology for realization.The application practice of such system in Chengdu Electric Power Bureau proves that it can improve the system efficiency and benefit of used information of basic unit greatly.With multi-carrier desktop management project of Chengdu Electric Power Bureau as the background,the article puts forward overall architecture design for the overall platform and adopts hierarchical structure model to detail the function module for every layer such as base layer of data model,data model management layer and interface interactive exhibition layer with use of the current popular interface presentation technology and adoption of mature interface presentation technology at Client end and Browser end such as Html5,CSS3,javascript,jquery and other technologies and frames and the design idea of modularization.The mature Java EE technical specification in the industry is used for development technology of server(Java EE specification uses edition above 5,JDK edition uses the edition above 5.0).In combination with the existing business system of Chengdu Electric Power Bureau,the desktop integrated information system featuring uniform entry,strong usability,flexibility and matchability is created.In the aspect of system experience,the imitated mobile phone operation mode is used to make interface integration for all existing information systems to perform single sign-on of business system,uniform input of data,and quick access of commonly-used business function to improve operation experience and work efficiency of user operation.In the aspect of business connection,the interface integration work for 4 systems(SG186 system,PMS2.0 system,basic management and cooperative office)is completed according to typical design requirements.In the aspect of publicity,all units of Chengdu Electric Power Bureau carries out multiple forms for publicity through formal documents,floating window of websites,special websites,DM sheet distribution,propaganda posters to promote system application.In the aspect of training,all units of Chengdu Electric Power Bureau carries out the work of system training through centralized onsite training,video training,inner-team activities,help by key users and other forms.The synchronization between users of Chengdu Electric Power Bureau and the organization is realized through system integration of uniform authority platform.The single sign on of integrated business system is also performed through uniform authority platform.The multi-carrier desktop management system not only meets the display requirements of desktop management system of Chengdu Electric Power Bureau in the aspect of image design,from system integration to exhibition of integrated design and improves the overall management level of Chengdu Electric Power Bureau but also lays platform foundation.We make summary for the research content at the end of the article,provide the comprehensive test result of the system and point out deficiency of the system and offer some suggestions for subsequent work.
